Orly - Oui

It's the best time to show these swatches because I'll be wearing this nail polish as a New Year's Eve manicure :).
Orly Oui comes from the Holiday Soiree Collection. It's a purple base with golden shimmer.
Application and drying time were good. I used 3 coats here (no top coat).
I want to say thank you for being here with me this year and wish you a Happy New Year! Let the New Year be the one, where all your dreams come true! :)

Studs On Khaki

I got a chance to try studs from KKcenterHK so I've picked N.NAIL square golden brown 2mm studs.
There are approx 50 pcs in the pack. Just for the interest I've counted mine and there were 53 :).
I used Catrice It's Rambo No.5  as a base. While the polish was wet I've applied studs and then added a layer of top coat. I'm really loving the result :).
What do you think?

Golden Rose Jolly Jewels #110

Golden Rose Jolly Jewels #110 is the first nail polish that I've tried from my latest haul. It reminds me of poppies :).
#110 is milky white base with big red hex and small black glitter. I didn't have problems with application and drying time.
On the photos I'm wearing 2 coats of the nail polish + top coat.
Almost forgot, great job, Golden Rose! :)

Holiday Haul

This wasn't a Christmas haul (because I'm Orthodox and we celebrate Christmas on the 7-th of January), but it was already a holiday haul :).

I'm so excited that I was able to get all nail polishes that I wanted from Golden Rose Jolly Jewels line.
I've got #109, #110, #101, #115, #111, #114 (from left to right on the photo).

Also I've got Orly Preamp, Here Comes Trouble and Golden Rose Rich Color #17. Finally new Essence Colour & Go nail polishes arrived here, I've picked Stuck On You. For the first time I've spotted a mood nail polish here, so without hesitation I've bought El Corazon Kaleidoscope t-01.

Among non-polish stuff I've got Parachute coconut oil, Essence lipstick in #53 All About Cupcake and stay all day long lasting eyeshadow in #09 For Fairies. Also I've got electric blue mascara from Golden Rose. The tube of mascara is transparent by itself so what you see is the color of mascara :).

And I just couldn't resist and bought... Zebra socks! :D

Last, but not least, I've got my first S-he nail polish (#340) from Aly of Mai Senza Smalto!. Thank you so much once again! :-*

Merry Christmas to all who celebrates it today! :)

Beauty skin Glamour #19

Hi girls!
I've already showed you one Beauty skin nail polish here. The one I want to show you today comes from their Glamour line (if I'm not mistaken) and it's "called" #19.
The color is hard to describe, I'd call it a brownish purple. And this polish has a blue shimmer! :)
Unlike the first Beauty skin nail polish that I've tried this one didn't smell as bad, but it was almost impossible to apply. Seriously. It was sheer and streaky. It started to look opaque only after 4 coats and also I had to apply a layer of top coat because my nails didn't look ok without it. Drying time was really slow.
I think I've never had such a bad behaved nail polish before.

A bit off-topic of the today's nail polish I also want to share with you information about Born Pretty Store Christmas Events, while it's not too late :).

Kiko #270 (Paillettes Acqua Sparkle Touch) (over Essence - Just Rock It!)

So the beauty that I was wearing over Essence Just Rock It! was Kiko #270 (Paillettes Acqua Sparkle Touch).
Kiko #270 is a clear base with blue/green iridescent hex and small glitter.
On my photos you can see only one coat of glitter, except the last two photos, where I was wearing 2 coats. No top coat on the photos.
What do you think? :)

Essence - Just Rock It!

I still have a few unpublished "summer" swatches and today I'm gonna show you one of them :).
Essence Just Rock It! (from the Colour & Go line) is a blue creme nail polish.
It was a bit thick, but manageable. On my photos I was wearing 2 coats and a layer of top coat (the polish was also glossy without it). Drying time was regular.
In my next post I'll show what beauty I was wearing over it :).
Thanks for reading! :)

M.A.G #055

For today I have swatches of an oldie (not sure that a goodie :) ) from a local brand M.A.G.
#55 is a pale pink nail polish with a silver shimmer.
Application and drying time were average. I used 2 coats, no top coat.
Enjoy your weekend!

Avon - Tweed

In the last catalogue (in my country) Avon released 10 new shades in the Nailwear Pro+ line. I couldn't resist and picked one of them :).
The nail polish that I've picked is called Tweed and it's a gorgeous vampy red jelly.
Application and drying time were ok.
You might not noticed, but if you'll look closer you'll see a difference of my nails length on the first and the second photo :). The reason is that I had to do 2 swatching sessions. During the first one there were no sun and the polish looked like it was a plain black almost on all the photos. Only in a week or so I finally catched a pale winter sun and made a quick swatch :).
So, on the sunny photo I'm wearing 3 coats and only 2 coats on the daylight photo (both photos without top coat).
Have a good evening!

Golden Rose Rich Color #29

Here is Golden Rose Rich Color #29. It's a beautiful red creme nail polish.
#29 has a good pigmentation. I applied 2 easy coats (without top coat). Drying time was rather quick.
This was my first nail polish from the Rich Color line and I think I need some more :).
Thank you for reading!

Blue Stripes (:

I was playing with the striping tape that I've got from KKcenterHK and this is what I came up with :).
The base color is Ados #551. First I was afraid to use top coat because I thought it could ruin the color of the striping tape. But I still applied it and below you can see photos with and without top coat.
This mani reminds me of Adidas :D.

Length 180 cm, width 0.6 mm.

Without top coat.

You can buy striping tape for 0,9 $ here.
